Privacy Notice
Intelligent Simulation Inc. operates this corporate website and its governed inquiry workflows for private briefings, product and deployment conversations, and design partnerships. Privacy requests are handled through the current Tadros Industries privacy contact channels.
Data Collected
The briefing form collects contact information, organization and role, request intent, the operating outcome or deployment context supplied by the requester, consent confirmation, referral URL, source page, and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters or LinkedIn click identifiers when present. When optional marketing measurement is allowed, the accepted CRM record may also include HubSpot's anonymous browser token and Google Analytics client, session, and measurement identifiers. The server assigns an opaque lead identifier to the accepted request.
The Intelligent Simulation website does not currently publish an online privacy-request intake form. Do not submit a privacy request through the briefing or corporate inquiry forms.
Purpose
We use this information to qualify and route the inquiry, prepare the appropriate Intelligent Simulation conversation, protect the public intake workflow, and maintain the record required for that follow-up.
Processors
Public inquiries pass through a governed intake service. When the applicable HubSpot workflow is active, the service records the request in HubSpot; a required processing path that is unavailable fails closed rather than silently storing the request elsewhere. Supporting infrastructure, security, analytics, and email-notification providers may process only the data required for their configured function. Provider configuration is controlled through authorized deployment and provider accounts.
Sensitive Information
Do not submit classified, controlled, export-controlled, controlled unclassified, customer-confidential, proprietary technical, or other sensitive information through the public website form.
Submissions are screened before delivery to email or CRM providers. Suspected sensitive or controlled content is rejected and should be replaced with a general briefing request.
Marketing and Analytics
Campaign attribution is captured first-party with the form request.
Optional HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn measurement is loaded
only after a visitor allows marketing measurement through the site's
privacy choices. For an accepted CRM request, the same opaque lead
identifier may be sent to Google Analytics with the
generate_lead event; names, email addresses, company,
title, form answers, and message content are not sent with that event.
Visitors can later select essential-only operation from the site
footer. That choice stops future optional browser measurement but does
not automatically delete records already accepted by a provider. We do
not send briefing message content or sensitive technical information
to advertising platforms.
Retention and Contact
Provider records are retained and deleted under the applicable HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, supporting-provider, and company account controls. Do not use the Intelligent Simulation briefing form for a privacy request.
